Microdosing means taking a very small amount of a psychedelic substance (here, psilocybin truffles) well below the dose that produces perceptual effects, on a regular schedule over a limited period. Research on its effects is ongoing and results so far are mixed; part of the effects people describe may be linked to expectations.

Psilocybin truffles are sold legally in the Netherlands, where BIEN is based. Their status differs from country to country, and it is your responsibility to check that receiving and possessing them is legal where you live. We only deliver to the countries offered at checkout.

At a microdose, most people report no perceptual effects. Sensitivity varies, which is why we recommend starting with half a dose (0.5 g) on a day without obligations. Never drive or operate machinery after taking a microdose.

Our products are reserved for adults (18+). Microdosing is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you or a close relative have a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, if you have a heart condition, or if you take medication, especially antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs) or lithium. If in doubt, talk to your doctor before ordering.

We advise against it. Combining psilocybin with antidepressants or other psychiatric medication can lead to interactions. Never stop or change a treatment without your doctor.

Choose a quiet day without social or professional obligations. Start with half a truffle (0.5 g), observe how you feel and write it down in the app.

We recommend avoiding alcohol and other substances on dose days, and more generally throughout the cycle.
