BIEN was born from a simple frustration: the people around us were tired, overstimulated, and the options on offer rarely felt right.

We started BIEN to offer a different approach to microdosing: precise doses and a clear routine. No mysticism, no miracle promises.

We believe microdosing should be approached with intention and care. That is why every pack comes with a companion app, and why we are just as clear about who should not microdose as about how to do it well.
